What's the deal with pillow memory foam? Is it always cracked up to be? Is it worth the very high prices that most stores seem to be charging? The answer is of course, yes and no. You're probably hoping for something more clarifying, but that's just the way it is. The fact of the matter is that memory foam pillows and bolster supports can be very good if you actually need. Of course, if you're having trouble sleeping then you might have several problems. It could be an issue of snoring, it could be an issue of needing more lumbar support, or could be something completely different.
